DeleteGroupAffiliateTokensRequest

The following routes are available for this service:
DELETE	/v4/groups/{groupId}/group-affiliate-tokens/{guid}	Delete user's group affiliate info under specified program	Program GUID is required to remove user's group affiliate info. The GUID is unique per program per user's group, and may be retrieved using the GET /v3/group-affiliate-tokens endpoint.
