GetUserAffiliateTokensRequest

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/v4/user-affiliate-tokens	Retrieve user's connected affiliate programs and tokens	Retrieve user's connected affiliate programs information, which includes affiliate program profiles and tokens information.
